During the 19th century visionary educator Saint John Bosco established the Don Bosco Technical Schools as a model for the development of children and community “employing teaching methods based on love rather than punishment”. His commitment and remarkable dedication to “character building through craftsmanship” forms the basis of PPI’s core values system.
Jose Maria Travez, father of PPI founders Joe and Italo Travez, is a graduate of the Don Bosco school system. He received a degree in Humanities and Manufacturing in 1960. From the core values passed down from Don Bosco’s global organization, PPI developed its concept to commercialization platform.
At PPI we are a leadership and innovation organization.
