Positioning Motor Stator

PPI manufactured a stator assembly for a well-known satellite communications firm. The stators are high performance magnetic assemblies used within positioning systems for large satellite dishes. PPI manufactured the winding core, installed the windings, and vacuum-impregnated the assembly for watertight integrity.

Challenges included extreme thermal requirements and challenging electromagnetic performance parameters.
