Material Procurement and Handling
Materials can be customer supplied or provided turnkey. Turnkey materials are procured through first line distributors and can be customized to fit customer needs or make use of VMI programs.
Production Volume SMT Assembly
Typical run sizes of 20-1000 can be accommodated with component technology ranging from 0201 chips, 16 mil pitch QFPs, to micro BGAs, etc. With selective soldering capabilities, both single and double sided assemblies can be processed. Solder is reflowed by a 10 zone convection oven designed specifically for ROHS compliant solders using either low solids RMA, no-clean, or water soluble fluxes.
Quality Assurance
The quality infrastructure is company-wide, as prescribed by the elements of ISO 9001:2000. Procedures for ESD protection, corrective and preventive actions, approved vendor lists, and a material review board are just some of the activities which are part of our Quality Program.
Most importantly, employees are trained and certified to implement the established processes and IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
