PPI mentors Monroe Tech High School students in robotics February 11, 2005
As part of the FIRST robotics competition, students from Monroe Tech in Loudoun County were asked to design a robot that was capable of lifting a tetrahedral object, moving it to a discrete location, and then placing it down accurately. Students visited PPI for help with developing design concepts at a fundamental level. Students were also introduced to the professional manufacturing world with an in-depth view into the daily operations of an engineer.
