Overview
Product development is the process of forming a concept and bringing that concept to product reality. Our product development team has established a working environment and a process-based approach that promotes early and frequent contact between engineering and manufacturing. We leverage Rapid Prototyping techniques throughout. In turn, the real-time feedback cycle allows for a product design that achieves "maturity" or "producibility" early in its life cycle. Similarly, spatial proximity promotes frequent formal and informal review during the crystallization of an engineering design, refinement of fabrication methods, assembly process planning, and implementation of quality standards.
