PPI developed conceptual designs and functional validation hardware during commercialization of a cutting-edge technology for use in consumer audio applications. Our client developed a unique technology for sound generation at critical frequencies, allowing a compact, cost effective package to deliver phenomenal sound quality.
Challenges included subtle material interactions as well as design to suit volume production at absolute minimum cost without sacrificing performance.
